Coaching has become saturated with people who’ve competed only once or twice, have little to no nutritional background, yet want to call themselves ‘coaches’. 

Find a nutritionist who understands dieting methods that safeguard your overall health – including your organs, thyroid, metabolism, and digestive or endocrine system. We have over 30 years of experience in gyms and with contest preparation to help you achieve your goals. A great clue is to lookup a coach’s Instagram account. If there are only pictures of themselves, they’re not focused on their clients’ success. That’s why we show before and after photos of our clients. Customized Nutrition & Workout Plans

After we learn about you and submit ‘before’ pictures, we’ll discuss your time frame for your goals. This allows us to align your expectations for transforming you in a safe manner. This safeguards your metabolism, kidney’s, thyroid, adrenals, and more. It’s also important that after your show, you’ll still have a good relationship with food, allowing you to reverse diet towards a healthy lifestyle.

How do you know our coaching is customized for you? We provide a food preference sheet where you’ll select your proteins, dry carbs, fibrous carbs, and fats. The key is eating the right foods, in the right combinations, in the right portions, and at the right times. This will all be explained on your diet spread sheet. You will also have the option of flexible dieting, if that works better for you. We can also guide you with supplement choices.

All of our clients have full access to their coach at all times. (within reason!) We can be reached via phone (call/text/FaceTime) or email if you have any questions between your weekly accountability check-ins.

Every Monday you will receive a ‘check-in’ email with the link to your form. The check-in form will ask questions about your current condition and energy levels throughout the day and during your workouts. It will also ask about how the workouts are going, whether there are foods that aren’t sitting well with you or that you’re sick of, etc. Simply complete and hit submit! Once we receive the check-in form, we will make adjustments to your diet and workout based on how you answered the questions. We’ll send a follow-up email or call to discuss any changes that are being made to your program. As mentioned before, you will have full access to your coach in-between check-ins should you have any additional questions or concerns.
