Matt Brown - Football, Basketball, Strength & Conditioning - Warrior Teams - Alma_football_Hello, my name is Matt Brown. I have been involved with some form of fitness my entire life. As I have grown, my training has become more goal-oriented, typically focusing on overall strength, conditioning and position-specific performance. I worked  on all of these while learning how to properly fuel my body in order to perform at my optimum level.
 

Through high school I played football, basketball, baseball and ran track. I then moved on to Alma College, where I was a dual-sport athlete and starter all four years, playing basketball and football. On the court I was a small forward, leading the team in rebounds and scoring. On the field I was a wide receiver and punter, finishing my senior year with nearly 1000 yards receiving and 12 touchdowns, as well as one of the top punters in the nation, among all divisions. After my collegiate career I played a season of semi-pro football. Since my time at Alma, I have competed in numerous camps, combines and tryouts, with my focus position as a punter.
 

Through this process, I have learned a great deal about gaining exposure with professional teams, combine or tryout preparation and overall performance. I would love the opportunity to share this with others.

The preparation and amount of work required to perform and gain recognition at a high level can at times be overwhelming; I have been through the process repeatedly and know what to expect. Let me help you along the way!
